The equipment is equipped with a 32-bit high-performance PLC processor, and realizes visual operation through a button + touch screen dual-system control panel. The Yaqi servo system and 9 sets of cylinder solenoid valves form a closed-loop control network, which stabilizes the bending accuracy within ±0.5mm: the inner mold and outer mold can independently move up and down, and with a maximum bending force of 125 Nm, they can complete any angle forming within 180°. The Chinese-English bilingual system supports program upload and download, facilitating the collaborative production of multiple devices.
