More importantly, the equipment has a built-in storage space for 4,000 sets of production data, with each set containing 300 action combinations. When changing production, there is no need to re-program; you only need to call up the preset parameters, which greatly shortens the product switching time.

An All-Rounder in Material Processing
The equipment shows excellent adaptability to the 3-8mm iron wires commonly used in French fry baskets. 28 straightening wheels made of national standard Cr12 are precisely arranged, which can control the straightening accuracy of bent wires within ±0.5mm; 3 sets of wire feeding wheels made of SKD11, after heat treatment, have a hardness of 58, which not only ensures sufficient biting force but also avoids scratches on the wire surface. Its unique wire compatibility can handle various cross-sectional forms such as round wires, flat wires, and square wires. Cooperated with the strong output of the 63KW welding transformer, it can realize high-strength butt welding of iron wire interfaces, and the weld strength reaches more than 85% of the base metal.

The Intelligent Core of Precision Control
The equipment is equipped with a 32-bit high-performance PLC processor, and realizes visual operation through a button + touch screen dual-system control panel. The Yaqi servo system and 9 sets of cylinder solenoid valves form a closed-loop control network, which stabilizes the bending accuracy within ±0.5mm: the inner mold and outer mold can independently move up and down, and with a maximum bending force of 125 Nm, they can complete any angle forming within 180°. The Chinese-English bilingual system supports program upload and download, facilitating the collaborative production of multiple devices. It is worth noting that the 2 sets of manipulator clamps adopt an alternating operation mode, achieving seamless connection between the bending and welding processes and minimizing manual intervention.
A Practitioner of Industrial Design
The equipment has an external dimension of 2400*1250*1500, which can be flexibly integrated into the existing production line while ensuring the operating range. The total weight of the machine is 1100KG, combined with shock-absorbing foot pads, to ensure stability during high-speed operation. The electrical system adopts a three-phase 380V + grounding wire configuration, and the total power of 7.3KW (3.8KW for wire feeding + 1.5KW for bending + 1.0KW for cutting + 1.0KW for servo lifting) realizes reasonable power distribution. The bending die is precision-machined with high-quality SKD11/51 materials, with a hardness of 62. Under high-intensity production of 16 hours per day, its service life can reach more than 100,000 times.
Through the integrated design of "wire feeding - straightening - bending - welding - forming", this equipment condenses the traditional French fry basket production, which requires 5-6 processes, into an automated process of a single machine. Its comprehensive processing accuracy of ±0.5mm ensures product interchangeability, and its 100,000-time trouble-free operation capability guarantees production continuity.
