Leading wire forming machine manufacturer specializing in the development of welding technology.
A CNC wire bending machine handover should enable your team to reproduce the approved part and understand which changes it may make. After a Canton Fair sourcing discussion, include this requirement in the technical agreement. A machine demonstration led by the supplier does not establish that the receiving operator can select, set up and recover the same job.
Use the wire bending machine RFQ checklist to connect the purchased configuration with drawings, tooling, trials and training. Name the part families covered by initial instruction, the training language, the intended operators and the records to be supplied. Agree how incomplete tasks will be closed rather than treating attendance alone as acceptance.
For a fully automatic 2D wire bending machine, plan training around the actual planar parts and setup used in the trial. For a 6-axis 3D wire bending machine, include the approved spatial part sequence and the clearance checks required by its setup. Do not assume that files, tooling or procedures can be transferred between controllers or machines without verification.
Identify the drawing revision, material specification, machine identity, tooling configuration and program revision associated with the accepted samples. The 3D wire bending first-article trial checklist helps define the evidence behind that baseline. A file called final is insufficient when several versions have been used during sampling.
Assign a readable program identifier tied to the part number and revision. Keep the original approved version separately from working copies. Record any compensation or setup value needed to reproduce the sample, including settings stored outside the part program. Clarify which values operators may adjust and which require engineering approval.
Create a file manifest with the item name, revision, machine or controller compatibility, storage location and verification status. Include part programs, setup sheets, tool lists, inspection instructions, machine manuals and the agreed maintenance information. Record any licensed software, access permission or supplier assistance needed to open or restore a file.
Link each digital item to its physical reference where relevant. A tool photograph is more useful when it identifies the supplied tool and orientation; a sample label is more useful when it points to the accepted inspection report. These connections reduce ambiguity when the receiving team works without the original demonstrator.
Ask the supplier to demonstrate the controller-specific backup and restore procedure. Separate part-program backup from machine parameters, calibration and other protected information. Confirm which items can be backed up by the buyer, which require authorized service support and what must be checked after restoration.
Test an agreed recovery exercise under supplier supervision using a supported method that protects the production configuration. Record the backup date, source version, storage location and recovery result. Copying a file to removable media proves a copy exists; it does not prove the file can be used correctly on the receiving machine.
Have the receiving operator identify the correct job, verify drawing and material revisions, select the approved setup and produce samples using the documented procedure. The trainer should observe the task and record any prompts or corrections needed. Include a first-piece inspection so program selection and product acceptance are tested together.
Use a task sheet with the task, trainee, observed result, remaining practice and assessor. Include normal stopping, safe restart, routine care and how to respond to a demonstrated alarm according to the manual. Do not create unsafe faults or bypass guards to test knowledge; use explanations or supported demonstrations where appropriate.
Define who can change programs and how a revised part is approved. Record the reason for a change, affected drawing revision, editor, date and inspection evidence. Preserve the previous accepted version so an unsuccessful adjustment can be reviewed and reversed through the approved procedure.
Set a clear support route for unresolved setup issues. Agree what information accompanies a request: machine identity, software version, program revision, alarm text, material lot, photographs and sample results. Confirm service scope and availability in the project agreement rather than assuming any particular remote support commitment.
Close handover with the delivered file manifest, recovery evidence, completed operator tasks and an open-item list with responsible owners. If instruction occurs at the supplier site, identify which checks must be repeated after installation at the buyer site.
To define a project-specific training package, contact Jinchun Machine with your part family, operator experience and preferred training language. Ask Jinchun to include the agreed programs, records and practical acceptance tasks in the proposed delivery scope.
