Controlled by programs compiled by a microcomputer, it can realize a series of actions such as automatic feeding, automatic material returning, straightening and cutting, bending and forming. Only through the combination of 300 action settings, products of various shapes can be produced.

In terms of the pneumatic system, it is equipped with 9 cylinders and 5 solenoid valves, ensuring the flexible operation of various pneumatic components of the equipment and providing stable power support for actions such as automatic feeding and material returning.

The welding module has strong performance. The 63KW welding transformer can ensure the firmness of welding, making the connection of the cage frame more stable and reliable, and effectively improving the service life of the product.

In terms of control, the equipment adopts a dual system of buttons and touch screen, combined with a PLC with a 32-bit high-performance processor, making the operation convenient and intuitive. The language system supports English and Chinese, and has upload and download functions, facilitating operators to edit, store and call programs. Mechanical actions are precisely controlled by microcomputer programs, and the bending action and bending speed can be accurately controlled, ensuring the consistency and stability of production.

In addition, the equipment is also equipped with 2 sets of manipulator clamps, which further improve the degree of automation in the production process, reduce manual intervention, lower labor intensity, and avoid errors caused by manual operations.
