The bending molds are precision-machined from high-quality SKD11/51 materials with a hardness of 62; the wire feeding wheels are made of national standard Cr12, which, after precision polishing and heat treatment, have a hardness of 58 and excellent wear resistance, effectively extending the service life of the equipment. The equipment has an external dimension of 240012501500 and a weight of 1100KG, with a moderate footprint, which can be flexibly integrated into various workshop layouts. The pneumatic system is equipped with 9 cylinders and 3 solenoid valves, providing stable power support for key actions such as bending, cutting, and welding, ensuring rapid mechanical response and precise movements.
