In terms of electrical design, a three-phase 380V + grounding wire configuration is adopted to ensure electrical safety. The power system is equipped with a domestic Inovance servo motor, with a total power of approximately 7.3kW, which is divided into a 3.8kW wire feeding motor, a 1.5kW bending motor, a 1.0kW cutting motor, and a 1.0kW servo lifting motor. The power distribution is reasonable and can be flexibly adjusted according to the processing links. A 63KW welding transformer is matched with 2 sets of manipulator clamps to ensure firm and reliable welding joints and avoid the risk of fracture in later use. In addition, the equipment is equipped with 9 cylinders and 5 solenoid valves, enabling rapid action response. The maximum bending torque is about 125 N·m, supporting the up-and-down movement of the inner mold within 180°, the up-and-down movement of the outer mold, and 360° clockwise and counterclockwise rotation. Whether it is a simple rectangular frame or a complex special-shaped decorative frame, it can be formed accurately. The processing error is controlled within ±0.5mm, and the error of some key dimensions is even as low as the rare precision standard in the industry, ensuring product consistency.

Intelligent operation and data storage functions have significantly lowered the threshold for equipment use. The equipment is equipped with a 32-bit high-performance PLC processor, and the mechanical actions are fully controlled by microcomputer programs, realizing the full-process automation of automatic feeding, automatic material returning, straightening and cutting, and bending forming, without frequent manual intervention. The operation interface adopts a dual-system design of buttons + touch screen, supporting both English and Chinese languages, and has data upload and download functions. Even new operators can master the operation after 30 minutes of training. The data storage capacity is also excellent, capable of storing 4000 sets of data. With the setting of 300 actions as one set, it can flexibly combine various product shapes to meet the production needs of storage racks and photo frames of different specifications, without repeated program debugging, significantly improving the production change efficiency.
