It is equipped with as many as 28 straightening wheels made of high-quality 45# steel, which effectively straighten iron wires, laying a solid foundation for subsequent processing. The machine has 3 sets of wire feeding wheels made of national standard Cr12, which are finely polished and heat-treated to a hardness of 58°, featuring excellent wear resistance to ensure smooth and precise wire feeding.

This equipment has a wide range of applicable wire materials, capable of processing iron round wires, flat wires, square wires, and wires of any material, with a wire diameter ranging from 2 to 6mm. It can meet the processing needs of different specifications of iron wires in triangular shelf production. Whether it is a 2mm iron wire for delicate small shelves or a 6mm iron wire for large shelves with high load-bearing requirements, the equipment can handle it with ease, demonstrating strong adaptability.

Ⅱ. Power System and High-Efficiency Production Performance

In terms of the power system, the equipment adopts a 4-axis design, with a total servo motor power of 5.8kW, including approximately 2.3kW for wire feeding servo, 1.5kW for bending servo, 1kW for cutter servo, and 1.0kW for servo lifting. The use of Oury motors ensures strong and stable power, providing a solid guarantee for the efficient operation of the equipment.

Production speed is an important indicator of production equipment performance. Taking a 200*200 square frame as a sample, the equipment can achieve an efficiency of 15-20 pieces per minute, and under normal conditions, the production speed is 8-10 pieces per minute. Such production efficiency is leading in the triangular shelf production industry, which can greatly increase the output of enterprises and meet the large market demand for triangular shelves. The maximum wire feeding speed can reach 90m/min, and the maximum bending speed for external rotation is 150/min with an angle of ±180°. The internal mold can move up/down, and the external mold can move up/down, enabling 360° clockwise and counterclockwise rotation with flexible and diverse movement directions, ensuring efficient and convenient processing.

Both the bending precision and wire feeding precision are ±0.5mm, which can accurately control the bending angle and wire feeding length, ensuring the dimensional and shape precision of each component of the triangular shelf, thereby improving the overall product quality. The bending molds are all finely processed with high-quality materials SKD11/51, with a hardness of 62°, featuring strong wear resistance and stability, further ensuring the precision and quality of bending processing.

The control and operation of the equipment are also flexible and convenient. It adopts a dual PLC system control, with a button + touch screen control panel, equipped with a 32-bit high-performance processor. The operation interface is user-friendly, making it convenient for operators to set parameters and adjust programs. The language system supports English/Chinese and has upload/download functions, meeting the usage needs of operators in different regions and facilitating program update and management. In addition, the equipment can store 4000 groups of data, with 300 actions as one group. It controls mechanical actions through programs compiled by a microcomputer, realizing a series of operations such as automatic feeding, automatic unloading, straightening and cutting, and bending forming. Operators only need to set corresponding action combinations according to different product specifications to easily complete the processing of various shapes, greatly improving the flexibility and intelligence level of production.

Ⅳ. Structural Design and Practical Performance

The machine weighs 1100KG, with a compact and reasonable structure, occupying a moderate space, making it easy to arrange and install in factory workshops. The manipulator clamp is equipped with 2 sets and a 40KW welding transformer, ensuring the stability and strength of welding, making each component of the triangular shelf firmly welded and improving the durability of the product.

There are 9 cylinders and 5 solenoid valves, with reliable actions and rapid response. The maximum bending torque is about 90 N·m, which can meet the bending needs of iron wires with different diameters. Even the thicker 6mm iron wire can be easily bent. The circumference range is unlimited, further expanding the processing range of the equipment to meet the production of triangular shelves with various circumference requirements.
