This equipment is specially designed for egg basket production. It processes iron wires with a diameter range of 3-8mm, perfectly meeting the strength requirements of the basket structure. Its production speed is stable at 8-10 pieces per minute, and when taking a 200*200 square frame as a sample, the efficiency can reach 10-15 pieces per minute, far exceeding the processing speed of traditional equipment, and easily coping with the production pressure of bulk orders.

The excellent performance of the equipment stems from its precise parameter configuration. The power system adopts Inovance servo motors with a total power of about 7.8kw, among which 4.0kw is responsible for wire feeding, 1.8kw drives bending, 1.0kw controls cutting, and 1.0kw drives servo lifting. All modules operate in coordination to ensure that each production link is accurate and efficient. The maximum wire feeding speed reaches 25m/min, combined with a wire feeding accuracy of ±0.5mm, providing a stable foundation for the forming of the basket frame. The maximum bending speed is about 100 rpm, and the bending angle can reach 180°. The inner and outer molds can rotate 360° clockwise and counterclockwise, and the bending accuracy of ±0.5mm ensures that the corner radians and frame dimensions of the basket perfectly meet the design standards.

The quality of core components determines the durability of the equipment. The 28 forming molds are made of national standard Cr12, and key parts are precision-machined with high-quality materials SKD11/51, with a hardness of up to 62°. The 3 sets of wire feeding wheels are also made of national standard Cr12, with a hardness of 58° after precision polishing and heat treatment, showing excellent wear resistance. The cutting force of the cutter motor for 88 iron wires, combined with a 63KW welding transformer, easily handles the cutting and butt welding of 3-8mm iron wires, and the welding firmness meets the load-bearing requirements of egg baskets.

Intelligent control is another highlight of the equipment. The mechanical actions are controlled by microcomputer programs, which can store 4000 sets of data, with each set containing 300 actions. Various types and specifications of basket products can be produced through different combinations of actions. The integrated process of automatic feeding, returning, straightening, cutting, and bending forming, combined with 2 sets of mechanical grippers, greatly reduces manual intervention. The equipment is compatible with various wires such as round wires, flat wires, and square wires. The power supply design of three-phase 380V + grounding wire ensures safe operation. With a weight of 1100KG, it balances efficient production and the flexibility of workshop layout.
